Admissions & Registration Fee

To secure a place at our Online Islamic School, a one-time registration fee of £25 is required upon enrolment.

This covers:

  • Welcome pack and parent guidance materials

  • Payable every Monday in advance

2. Monthly Payments

  • £130 per month
  • Spread over 12 months (Sept–Aug)
  • Automatic payment option available for convenience

3. Termly Payments

  • Pay the full fee at the start of each term:
    • Autumn Term: £600
    • Spring Term: £440
    • Summer Term: £520

  • Sibling Discount: 10% off each additional child
  • Full Year Upfront Payment: Pay £1,500 (save £60)

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that family circumstances can change. Our policy ensures fairness for both families and the school:

  • Weekly & Monthly Plans: Can be cancelled with 7 days’ written notice.
  • Termly Plans: Partial refunds may be offered if withdrawal occurs within the first 2 weeks of the term.
  • Missed Classes: Fees are charged based on enrolment, not attendance. No refunds for missed sessions unless due to school cancellations.

Late Payment Policy

To keep the school running smoothly, timely payments are essential.
