We take our responsibility to you and your child seriously. Here are key policies to be aware of:

🔐 Safeguarding & Child Protection

• All teachers are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding
• Lessons are always recorded for transparency
• No private messaging with students — all communication remains parent-inclusive

🛡️ Behaviour & Discipline

• We maintain a respectful, structured online environment
• Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour is not tolerated
• Clear behaviour expectations are outlined to parents and students

💸 Fees & Refunds

• Fees are payable weekly, monthly, or termly
• Missed classes are not refundable, but recorded lessons will be available
• If a child leaves mid-term, we require notice in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

🖥️ Online Safety

• Parents must ensure their child is supervised during class
• Students should only use class links provided via email
• Cameras must remain on unless previously agreed with the teacher

📩 Communication

• Emails with Google Meet links are sent daily
• Parents are advised to check email each morning for access and updates
• Teachers can be contacted via email for questions or feedback
