- Daily Email Links: Parents and students receive an email every morning with the dayโs Google Meet links, making it easy to stay organised and on time.
- Recorded Sessions: Every class is recorded and made available through Google Classroom, so students can review lessons or catch up if absent.
๐งพ Curriculum & Learning Materials
- Advance Curriculum Plans: A clear weekly or monthly teaching plan is provided to families, depending on the payment arrangement. This ensures you know exactly what to expect and when.
- Learning Packs Provided: Students receive worksheets, writing tasks, and activity pages ahead of time. ๐น Printing at home is recommended
๐น If not possible, we can post printed packs directly to your home
๐น You may also collect packs in person by arrangement

- Central Hub for Learning: All class materials, worksheets, announcements, recorded lessons, and feedback are posted on Google Classroom.
- Easy Submission: Students upload photos or scanned copies of their completed work directly to their assigned folder on Google Classroom.
- Clear Organisation: Each subject and task is clearly labelled, helping students stay focused and manage their time effectively.
โ๏ธ Writing & Materials Guidelines
๐งฎ Maths
- Checked/grid paper is required for written Maths work.
- Work is completed during live lessons and submitted via Google Classroom.
๐ English, Arabic & Islamic Studies
- Lined paper is required.
- Most tasks are set during class and should be written by hand on lined paper or printed worksheets.
- This practice strengthens handwriting and reflects UK school expectations.
๐ Qurโan
- Students follow along using their own Mushaf.
- Qurโan-related tracking sheets or worksheets are also included in the packs and should be printed or collected.
๐ Daily Work Submission & Feedback
- Submission Deadline: Work must be submitted by 5:00 PM each school day via Google Classroom.
- Grace Period: A short grace period is available โ work can be submitted by the next morning if needed.
- Corrections & Feedback: Teachers mark the work daily and return it with feedback. Students are expected to complete corrections and re-submit as needed.
๐ Extra Help & Progress Support
- If a student is not progressing as expected:
- They will be asked to re-watch the recorded lesson
- Redo the related task as part of homework
- Re-submit to improve understanding
