📝 Step-by-Step Admissions Process
1️⃣ Initial Enquiry
Parents can reach out via phone, email or our website contact form. We’ll respond promptly to arrange a 1:1 initial consultation.
2️⃣ 1:1 Meeting With a Teacher or Coordinator
We invite parents to a personalised meeting (online) to:
- Discuss your child’s needs, background, and learning style
- Understand your goals and aims for your child
- Share an overview of how our school works
This helps us create a tailored learning experience for every student.
3️⃣ Assessment & Placement
- An assessment is given to determine the right level for your child (particularly for English and Maths).
- Based on the results, your child will be placed in an appropriate year group to ensure meaningful progress InshaAllah.
- We aim to group students based on age, ability, and maturity — ensuring balanced and effective class dynamics.
4️⃣ Plan of Action
After consultation and placement:
- A personalised plan is created for your child
- You will receive:
- A clear term overview
- Your child’s weekly timetable
- Guidance on what to expect and how to prepare
🧾 Registration & Documents
To complete registration, you will be asked to provide:
- A completed registration form and admissions payment
- Parent/guardian contact details
- Agreement to school policies (shared upon registration)
- A proof of payment for the selected plan (weekly, monthly, or termly)
Upon registration, we’ll send:
- Class access details
- Google Classroom code
- A guided weekly teaching plan for the term
- A Printed pack of resources (or digital version to print)
📚 Meet the Teachers & Safeguarding
You’ll be given the opportunity to:
- Review teacher profiles, including their qualifications and subject specialisms
- View proof of DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance for all staff
- Understand our approach to online safeguarding and pastoral care
🗣️ Ongoing Communication
We take communication seriously and aim to make it smooth and transparent:
- A main school email & admin contact number will be provided
- Class teachers are contactable via email during school hours
- Weekly or termly reports (depending on your plan) keep you updated on progress
- Parents may request a follow-up meeting at any point to discuss progress or changes
👥 Group Assignment & Start of Learning
Once enrolled:
- Your child will be placed into their class group
- You’ll receive:
- A student timetable
- Links to Google Meet and Google Classroom
- Access to the term plan and curriculum materials
- Your child begins their learning journey — with guidance every step of the way!
💬 How Many Meetings?
The full onboarding process typically includes:
- 1–2 personal meetings (via video call)
- A possible assessment session
- Optional follow-up meeting after first week
